Turnover of unlisted shares in 2011 terminated at approx. NOK 7,3 bn. compared to approx. NOK 2,9 bn. the year before. The turnover of unlisted shares during the 4th quarter was approx. NOK 1,8 bn. which is somewhat higher than 4th quarter 2010 (NOK 1,3 bn.). 6 new companies were registered on the NOTC-list in 2011, one of them in 4th quarter. 12 companies were removed from the list; of these, 6 companies were listed on Oslo Axess. During 2011, 5 companies were moved from the A-list to the B-list due to lack of compliance with payment- and information obligations. All together there were 10 companies removed from the B-list in 2011. 1 company was moved from the B-list to the A-list. By year end there were 72 companies registered in the NOTC-system, with a total market value of approx. NOK 63 bn. The companies on the NOTC-list brought in approx. NOK 10,9 bn. on issues of new shares during 2011.
